Payment
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards via Paypal. Your card will be debited in currency what you choose at our bank's exchange rate on the date your order. We will also accept payment by cheque, however, we cannot despatch the goods until the cheque has been cleared.

Please note any cheques returned unpaid by your bank may incur a fee of £15 for administration and bank charges.
If you cancel your order and goods have been dispatched you will have to follow the returns policy.
Telephone Orders
For security reasons we prefer to take orders online.
Packing and Delivery
All orders include packing and delivery charges.
It means the displayed price is the actual price the customer would pay all around the world.
Our aim to deliver all of our standard goods as soon as possible providing the item is in stock.
If the item is not in stock we will confirm an expected delivery time. If this is not suitable, we will refund in full.
All orders will be sent by recorded delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to postal strikes, national holidays such as Christmas etc.
All delivery dates are an estimate and can not be guaranteed.
Delivery time:
For UK orders - 1 to 3 working days
For international orders (Europe) – 5 to 7 working days
For Non European Countries – 6 to 10 working days
Failed Delivery
All orders are sent by a recorded delivery service where the customer needs to sign for his/her goods. It is advisable to give a daytime delivery address.
If an attempt to deliver fails, goods will be returned to us and you will be liable for all administration, delivery and recovery costs.
Return Or Exchange Of Goods
Customer has the right to return any products that they feel do not meet their requirements within 7 days of receiving the item. It can be returned to us using recorded delivery. The product must be in excellent condition and in its original packaging. After the credit will be given via the original payment method.
In the case of an exchange of goods, customer must include the address for the new product to be sent to customer.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must be given a reason of exchange.
Returned goods for exchange must be in excellent condition.
We recommend using recorded delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Misuse Of Goods
We cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury, death or accidents caused by the misuse of products we have supplied to the customer.
